1950 - IT Support Specialist – Tier 1 (Junior / Entry Level)

Location: Bogotá, Colombia Work Model: Hybrid (Tuesday to Thursday on-site, Monday and Friday remote) Experience: No previous experience required English Level: B2 or higher We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Support Specialist to join our team in Bogotá. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or entry-level professionals who are passionate about technology, troubleshooting, and helping others. Requisitos Recent graduate or student in the final semesters of Systems Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related fields. No previous professional experience required. Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and computer troubleshooting. Familiarity with networking and Active Directory is a plus. English B2 or higher (required). Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Willingness to learn and work in a team. Availability to work in a hybrid model in Bogotá. Key Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support to end users. Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Assist with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 applications. Support password resets, user accounts, and access requests. Help configure computers, printers, and mobile devices. Document incidents and requests in the ticketing system. Escalate complex issues to specialized IT teams. Deliver excellent customer service.
