You’ll be responsible for hunting down the perfect talent—from polished actors and models to authentic UGC creators and real-world testimonials—that align with our clients' brands. Your ability to scout, vet, and book top-tier talent at speed will directly impact the success of our campaigns and the growth of our agency. What You’ll Do Scout & Source Talent Relentlessly hunt for new talent across social media (Instagram, TikTok), casting platforms, and agencies. Identify diverse actors, models, and
