You'll play an important role in keeping patient cases moving forward, communicating with families and healthcare professionals, and making sure each step of the intake process is properly followed up on. What You'll Do: - Manage the new-patient intake process from initial contact through authorization, scheduling, staffing, and onboarding - Follow up consistently with prospective families and track active leads to make sure required follow-ups happen on schedule - Explain in-home services and professionally address questions or concerns from families considering other care options - Coordinate insurance authorization with billing and monitor cases through approval or denial - Coordinate scheduling once cases are approved and follow up internally to ensure clinical staff are assigned - Communicate w
