You'll play an important role in keeping maintenance requests organized, coordinating schedules, and ensuring tenants receive professional assistance in both Spanish and English, even during busy or challenging situations. What You'll Do: - Answer incoming tenant maintenance calls in Spanish and English, with Spanish used frequently - Manage multiple incoming calls efficiently, placing callers on brief holds when needed while keeping conversations organized - Gather necessary tenant information and create accurate maintenance work orders in the system - Enter tenant names, property details, maintenance issues, and clear descriptions of requested work - Route work orders to the appropriate property manager or maintenance contact - Coordinate and balance maintenance schedules with building maintenance staff across multiple work orders - Follow up on open maintenance requests and ensure necessary info
