Customer Service Representative

Our clients are manufacturers. Their planners and buyers contact us when an order looks wrong, a delivery date moved or a record needs checking, and they want a clear answer the same day. Customer Service Representative. Full-time, remote from anywhere in Colombia, with hours that overlap U.S. business hours. On a normal day Answer client emails and calls about orders, deliveries and records Look up the order history and explain what happened Pass questions you can't answer to a consultant with the details attached Log every request and close it when it's done Keep a short list of the questions that come up most You'll need Some experience in customer service, a call center or order entry (internships count) Clear written and spoken English Excel or Google Sheets basics Helpful, not required Work with manufacturing, logistics or purchasing A ticketing tool or CRM What Ridgeford provides An employment contract with prima de servicios, cesantías and vacation as set by Colombian law Health (EPS) and pension contributions A training allowance A laptop and a monthly internet allowance Ridgeford Ridgeford Operations is a Phoenix consulting firm.
