Data Analyst

Job Summary We are looking for a Data Analyst with 2 to 5 years of experience working in data environments. The ideal candidate has to support residential solar operations through performance monitoring, reporting, data reconciliation, financial modeling, warranty administration, and issue resolution across multiple systems and platforms. This role requires an advanced level of English , as it involves collaboration with global teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Maintain and enhance the Home Solar Buyout Model . Produce weekly Offline / Zero Generation, Fleet Health, and Data Reconciliation reports. Support case creation, follow-up activities, and operational issue resolution. Execute monthly Performance Guarantee, Audit, Heavy Hitters, and Warranty reporting processes. Review active warranty contracts and support warranty model updates. Perform performance analysis, midcycle reviews, budget analysis, and cost center reconciliations. Troubleshoot and resolve data, reporting, and system issues across S alesforce, AWS, SQL Server, and solar monitoring platforms. Prepare analyses and presentations for leadership reviews. Qualifications Experience in energy operations, reporting, and data analysis. Proficiency in SQL Server Managemen t Studio (SSMS) for data extraction and troubleshooting. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including reporting, analysis, and model maintenance . Experience with VBA and Excel automation. Working knowledge of R Studio for reporting and an
