Data Analyst (Loyalty Sector)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and logically minded Data Analyst to join our team in Bogota. In this role, you will play a crucial part in monitoring transactional loyalty data, translating complex business requirements into technical backend configurations, and working closely with business clients to optimize loyalty campaigns. While prior domain knowledge in loyalty programs is a plus, our top priority is strong technical-logical thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities. Candidate profile Strong Logical & Process Thinking (CRITICAL): Ability to deconstruct business mechanics, think algorithmically, and translate business requirements into precise system rules and logic Advanced Data Handling (MS Excel): Proficiency in logical functions, pivot tables, and data dataset consistency checks BI Tools: Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker to build dashboards and visualize KPIs (retention, burn rates, engagement Intermediate SQL: Practical skill in writing relational queries (JOIN, GROUP BY, aggregations, filtering) to audit databases, verify point balances, and check loyalty rule Loyalty industry experience is welcome but not required—on-the-job training will be provided for candidates with exceptional logical and analytical skill sets Language Proficiency: English: C1/C2 (Advanced/Fluent),Spanish: C1 (Advanced), and Portuguese C1 (Note: Daily communication in Spanish/English with clients is also part of business operations) Nice to Have Loyalty / CRM / CLM Sys
