This role works closely with different teams and supports management by providing reliable financial reporting and insights. 📍 Location: Bogotá, Colombia (100% On-site) 📄 Contract: Indefinite Term Contract 🗣️ English Level: B2+ Required Key Responsibilities: ✅ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports ✅ Extract, compile, and validate data from ERP systems and reporting tools ✅ Maintain reporting trackers, dashboards, and documentation ✅ Perform variance analysis and identify discrepancies ✅ Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect and verify data ✅ Deliver accurate reports within established deadlines Requirements: ✔ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field ✔ 2-3 years of experience in Financial Reporting, MIS, FP&A, or related reporting functions ✔ Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) ✔ Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuit
