IT M&A Integration Systems Engineer Position Summary Hands-on IT professional providing endpoint and application support during M&A integrations, including unfamiliar software used by acquired businesses. Independently supports operations and assigned project activities with minimal onboarding and supervision. May assist with computer migrations and other integration tasks. Required Experience & Technical Skills Endpoint and application support during M&A integrations; strong endpoint management fundamentals applicable across technologies. Experience with two or more endpoint management, RMM, or remote support platforms; Microsoft Intune. Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, MFA support, and remote troubleshooting. Application packaging, testing, deployment, installation, and removal; endpoint deployment, patching, and software distribution. PowerShell scripting and automation; troubleshooting Windows services, processes, local policies, registry, event logs, and file systems. DNS and DHCP fundamentals, network connectivity troubleshooting, and printer and print driver management.
