Role Overview We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Legal Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients seeking guidance related to Medicaid planning, estate planning, asset protection, long-term care planning, and special needs planning. This is a client-facing, conversation-driven role that directly impacts both the client experience and the firm's growth. The individuals and families who contact our firm are often overwhelmed, confused about complex planning issues, or anxious about protecting their assets and loved ones.
