Marketing & Business Development Coordinator | Remote, Afternoon to Evening Colombia Time | Full-Time, Long-Term This is a full-time, long-term remote role with an afternoon-to-evening schedule that lets you work with both the US and Australia. You'll work directly with the founder of a specialist recruitment firm, building the brand, filling the pipeline and starting conversations with new clients across two markets: Australia and the United States. You'll have real ownership from week one. A SaaS, ERP or tech background is ideal but not required. Your time splits roughly into thirds: marketing, business development outreach, and keeping the sales funnel running. One day you're writing the newsletter. The next you're working the phones and LinkedIn with US prospects in the afternoon, then picking up Australian replies in the evening as their morning starts and booking discovery calls into the founder's calendar.
