The program costs C$100 per month. If a covered tenant does not pay rent, the program is designed to provide the owner with an amount equal to the property’s monthly rent, subject to the program’s terms, approval requirements, and claim conditions. The program must be active before a covered tenant default occurs. You will contact company-provided property-owner leads through an automatic dialer, explain the program, ask qualification questions, respond to objections, and connect qualified owners with a Royal York sales representative.
