For that reason, Mental Health Therapists focus on their clients' treatment only. We are contracted with Care Oregon, Yamhill Medicaid, Trillium, OHP Plus, Pacific Source Commercial , Aetna, Moda, Kaiser, BCBS/Regence, Providence, First Choice, Cigna, etc. Role Description This is a full-time, remote opportunity in Colombia, for a Patient Intake Coordinator. The role involves managing patient intake processes, collecting and verifying insurance details, billing, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the onboarding experience. As a key point of contact for potential and new clients, the Coordinator will communicate effectively to schedule initial appointments, address inquiries, and ensure smooth transitions to assigned therapists. You will be supporting patients in Oregon remotely Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM Pacific (11 AM to 8 PM in Colombia) working closely with a team based in Oregon.
