The role As an Inbound Sales Representative , you’ll listen with empathy and guide families who have reached out to Meadow through their options with clarity and compassion. You’ll own individual sales targets, offer thoughtful recommendations, and follow through to close - helping families make confident decisions without pressure. There’s no cold calling. Depending on team needs and performance, your work may include inbound calls, returning lead follow-up, and support that keeps the sales process running smoothly. The conversations can be sensitive, but our teammates often describe the work as deeply rewarding. You’ll bring clarity to an unfamiliar process and help families take an important next step. Day to day, you’ll: Convert warm inbound phone leads through thoughtful, consultative conversations. Explain cremation options and pricing, handle objections, and confidently ask for the sale.
