Due to our growth in the LATAM region (where we already have over 100 installations), we are looking for an independent and communicative individual for the position of Sales and Technical Support Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for product demonstrations, software deployment and configuration, as well as training clients and distributors, with the full support of our engineering team in Poland.We are looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, technical support, and sales. You should be able to independently guide a client through the entire journey—from the initial product presentation, through installation and configuration, to training and ongoing support. Key Responsibilities Presenting products independently to clients and distributors. Deploying, installing, configuring, and updating software for clients and partners. Conducting product and technical training for clients and distributors. Providing technical support, both remotely and on-site. Executing deployments and training sessions on-site at client/distributor locations as well as remotely. Managing and maintaining test and demonstration installations.
