Sales & Intake Specialist Job Type: Full-Time Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time with a 30-minute break Job Overview: We are seeking a highly fluent Spanish-speaking Sales & Intake Specialist with excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills to engage with prospective clients and manage incoming non-personal injury (non-PI) leads. The ideal candidate is confident in speaking with potential clients, building rapport, identifying their needs, explaining available services, and guiding them through the next steps. This role requires someone who can communicate effectively in Spanish while demonstrating a strong ability to build trust and convert prospective leads into clients. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients, primarily communicating in Spanish. Engage with non-personal injury (non-PI) leads to understand their inquiries, identify their needs, and assess their potential fit. Build rapport with prospective clients through professional, empathetic, and persuasive communication. Explain available services, address initial questions and concerns, and provide general information to guide prospects through the next steps. Apply consultative sales techniques to nurture leads, handle objections, and maximize client conversion opportunities.
