We are looking for someone with strong programming, software integration, data management, and business automation experience. This is not a traditional virtual assistant position. We need someone who can independently identify technical problems, develop solutions, and improve our existing systems. Key Responsibilities Software Integration and Automation Optimize Smarter Contact for lead management, sales outreach, reporting, and follow-ups. Develop Python scripts and Google Apps Script automations. Integrate business applications using APIs, webhooks, n8n, Make, and Zapier. Automate data transfers between Smarter Contact, Google Workspace, and other platforms. Troubleshoot existing software and improve system efficiency. Google Workspace and Business Systems Automate Google Sheets, Gmail, Drive, and other Workspace applications. Research Google Voice integration options and technical limitations. Develop automated lead tracking, reporting, and notification systems. Create workflows connecting management, sales, and operations. Real Estate Data Collection and Analysis Develop tools to collect data from authorized public real estate databases. Work with property
