We're looking for a Remote Warehouse / Logistics Assistant to support our growing online sales operation. You'll be responsible for inventory monitoring, shipment coordination, vendor communications, and operational support for FBA and FBM fulfillment. **Key Responsibilities** - Monitor and update inventory levels across Google Sheets, NetSuite, and internal systems. - Coordinate shipments with vendors and carriers; track purchase orders and manage delivery ETAs. - Manage labeling and fulfillment workflows: generate labels and coordinate prep/shipping for FBA and FBM. - Create and manage shipping labels and documentation using tools like Unishippers, UPS, etc. - Resolve logistical issues: handle shortages, damages, discrepancies, and returns by communicating with warehouses and support teams. - Maintain accurate records for SKUs, bin locations, and inventory movements (receiving, QA, and outbound). - Support restocking schedules and order prioritization to ensure zero stock-outs. - Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, purchasing, and customer service teams to guarantee on-time deliveries. - Provide regular status updates: inventory health, pending orders, delays, and basic logistical KPIs. **What We're Looking For** - 2+ year of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or e-comme
